Entry Level Manager

Description: Responsible for daily operations including interfacing with corporate office on staffing and Human Resources issues. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: growth and development of subordinate personnel, all aspects of safety, quality assurance, cost tracking, delivery of service and morale.

Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience and Responsibility.

Hours: 40+ All Shifts

Requirements: Scioto Services requires the following core competencies of its leaders; adaptability/ flexibility, service passion, professionalism, ethic for work/ integrity, communication skills, and being a team player.  Previous leadership experience helpful but not required.  Ability to understand financial and business reports a must for this position.


Large Account Manager

Description: Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Profit/Loss of Account, budgeting, staffing, and Human Resources, safety compliance, quality assurance, cost tracking, delivery of service and morale for cleaning and maintenance accounts with revenues of $500k+. Large account managers are also responsible for the growth and development of subordinate management and staff within an account.

Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience and Responsibility.

Hours: 40+ All Shifts

Requirements: Scioto Services requires the following core competencies of its leaders; adaptability/ flexibility, service passion, professionalism, ethic for work/ integrity, communication skills, and being a team player.  Must be able to lead others toward a common goal.  Two to five years of leadership experience, as well as a proven track record of leading and developing subordinate personnel, as well as a history of developing operating systems within a service or industrial setting, is also required.  Knowledge of human resource functions is required to be successful in this position.  Financial and budgeting experience are also required to be successful in this position.


Regional Manager

Description: Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: growth and development of the region by acquiring new accounts and developing existing accounts. Regional managers are responsible for Profit/Loss of region as well as all safety, quality assurance, cost tracking, delivery of service and morale of region as well as growth and development of all subordinate staff and management. Regional managers must be operationally strong and growth-oriented.

Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience and Responsibility.

Hours: 40+ All Shifts

Requirements: A Scioto Services regional manager must be able to operate by and teach the following core competencies; adaptability/ flexibility, service passion, professionalism, ethic for work/ integrity, communication skills, and being a team player.  Five years or more of leadership experience, as well as a proven track record of leading and developing subordinate management personnel, is required along with a proven history of developing and maintaining operating systems within a service environment.  Regional managers must have experience at running multi-site facilities within multiple geographic locations where control systems are necessary.  Must have extensive experience with financial statements and budgeting process.  Knowledge of human resource functions and systems is required for this position.  A sales background is helpful to be successful in this position.
